Shamai Wasserman was until recently (June 2010) the VP of Motorola Israel – for Strategy & Business Development. As part of this position he was responsible for promoting of Motorola's products and systems in the Military markets, worldwide, and for the Development & business responsibilities of leading products in the communication area. This position included responsibility for Motorola Ventures activity in Israel since 2004. In addition to that Mr. Wasserman was the director & operation manager of M2M- Complementary products sector for Motorola Inc. & Motorola Israel including Global Sales & Marketing. Mr. Wasserman served as Director of all the Subsidiary companies of ‘Motorola Israel’ as well. Including: Mirs, Teldor Communication, Biper & Efcon. In the last 2 years he served as director in the IVA, Israeli Venture Association and Director in the Israeli Electronic and Computing association.
Mr. Haim Goldberger has nearly two decades of experience in R&D, production and business development of innovative products in a wide range of technologies. Earlier, for six years, he was the VP of the Integrated Product Division and the VP of the Corporate R&D for Vishay Inter technology (NYSE: VSH). In this role he developed and marketed his own innovative ideas and products. Prior to Vishay, he acted as the RF R&D Group Manager at AVX Jerusalem, Israel. In addition to 21 patents and several patents pending, he was awarded several prizes for innovation, such as the Kaplan prize. Mr. Goldberger holds a B.Sc. in Physics from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Mr. Shasha joined Docor International Management at the end of 2005. Prior to joining the team, Tsachy served as Vice President of Finance and Economics and Head of Local and International Business Development, at Bezeq International, an international telecommunication company operating in the fields of Voice, Data and Internet, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Bezeq L.T.D, the Israeli Telecom company. At Bezeq L.T.D, he served as Senior Business Development Manager and Senior Assistant to the President. Prior to this, he was Head of the Energy Sector in the Budgets Department of the Ministry of Finance. Tsachy attained vast experience in matters of management and international business development, and economy and finance, within the government and private sectors. Tsachy holds an MA degree in business, specializing in finance and business entrepreneurship (with distinction) and a BA in economics and business management, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalemm
Shlomi has vast and varied experience in early stage investments, business development, system engineering, and R&D in diverse areas. Shlomi is an active director in fast growing companies such as Xsight, Secure Islands, Opticul Diagnostics, OriginGPS, Opticul, BondX, Bonfix, Cologuard, Gema, Promining, Raziel, EyeYon and Ocon Medical. For the past 8 years, Shlomi has played a key role in investing, managing and nurturing technology driven companies and startups, in the information technology, industrial and life science industries. Prior to his role as CEO of Van Leer Technology Ventures, and as VP Business Development, he served in the Israeli Air Force. Shlomi served in major technological roles such as UAV (Unmanned Aircraft Vehicle) project manager and Radar and UAV technology center manager.
Shimon brings 20 years of Information Technology & High Tech industry experience primarily in working with fortune 500 companies. Shimon is a co-founder of Magna Capital Partners a private equity firm that specialize in investment in the high-tech industry in Israel. He has board level experience in designing & executing IT strategy and corporate governance issues, wide international experience in business development, strong management & leadership capabilities. Prior to this he was a partner at Strauss Strategy, a consulting firm. He also served as senior Vice President at Ness technologies, and worked for Accenture. Shimon holds a practical engineering diploma from the Ben-Gurion University.
Ronnie Gilboa co-founded OTI in 1990 and serves as Vice President-Projects and as a director since that time. He serves on the board of directors of OTI America, Inc., OTI Africa Ltd., Easy Park Ltd., Easy Park Israel Ltd and ASEC S.A. Prior to this position, he served as Vice President - Research & Development from 1990 to 2002. Prior to founding OTI, Mr. Gilboa was the manager of research and development at Electo-Galil, an Israeli manufacturer of radio frequency-based identification cards, from 1984 to 1990. Mr. Gilboa holds a B.Sc. in electrical engineering from The Technion (Israeli Institute of Technology).
